Chinese medicine has been used for thousands of years as a primarily preventative medicine, which means that treatments are given at regular intervals to ensure the qi/energy and xue/blood are strong and able to withstand any stressors.
Ancient Chinese doctors are said to have been paid based on how healthy their patients were; imagine if that was the case today! We would be a culture of very healthy people, indeed. Isn't that the kind of world we'd rather live in?
I believe this is very possible- it just takes one family at a time, trusting in their bodies' ability to maintain a healthy balance with natural, holistic medicine and consistent self-care.
